Our Santa Experience is held in-studio by appointment. You'll pay a $30 reservation session fee, which converts to a studio credit towards your purchase. AFTER reading all of the FAQ's, simply scroll to the BOOK NOW button below to see available dates/times & reserve your visit.

Your children will chat & interact with Santa while we capture natural, spontaneous images.  Upon check-in we'll have you complete a form with your Kiddos' names, anything specific you'd like Santa to mention during their visit, and your Elf on the Shelf's name to help Santa personalize their interactions.    We'll edit your images and post an online gallery link within a few days, where you'll review & order.  

This year's scene will be a snowy, winter outdoors theme, so cozy sweaters, coats & hats... anything you'd wear to be out in the snow is ideal.  Of course dressy attire or cozy Christmas PJ's are always in fashion for Santa too. 

Portrait Packages start at $58 & range up to $98.  We offer traditional prints, gorgeous heirloom metal ornaments, custom-designed Christmas cards & other great products to showcase your treasured experience.  You can view our enlargement packages HERE

Our Santa scene is optimized for children, but we can accommodate the whole family (up to 6 people MAXIMUM will fit the scene).  

Yes, please book back-to-back sessions & we can incorporate cousins into a single group pose together (MAXIMUM 6 people)  Each household MUST reserve their own sessions.

For those with infants or very young children who would like to participate, we have a few options.   Depending on your comfort level, Santa may hold your child or support them on a sitting surface.  It is always a good idea for parents/guardians to be prepared to join in the photographs.  Please feel free to call us if you have questions about accommodation for your family.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate Santa's four-legged friends at this event due to allergen concerns

If you need to change your appointment, you may be able to reschedule yourself if spots are available.  Access your confirmation text/email and you should see options to reschedule to any open spots remaining.  Session fees cannot be refunded if cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand or for no-shows.

Absolutely, Fresno's Poverello House is the studio's adopted charity, serving our neighbors in need (read below) and so we are again this season donating $5 of each sale directly to Poverello House & encourage you to join us as you're able.
